Oceania Cruises Introduces New Travel Advisor Center

Oceania Cruises has unveiled its new online Travel Advisor Center OceaniaCruises.com/Advisor. As a part of the brand’s stream of OceaniaNEXT enhancements, the new online agent portal has been thoroughly re-designed to make it more intuitive and provide travel partners with the tools and information they need in order to offer their clients best-in-class service.

“Our travel advisors are valued experts and we do everything possible to provide them with the most advanced and easiest to use resources in the industry,” stated Nikki Upshaw, Senior Vice President of Sales. “Dedicated entirely to our travel partners, the new Travel Advisor Center allows them to maximize their ability to promote Oceania Cruises, find valuable marketing resources and recommend the Oceania experience in the most efficient and proficient manner possible.”

  • Plan a Cruise: This is the section advisors will visit when they are ready to make a new booking for a client or modify an existing reservation. They can add payments, make restaurant reservations, request shore excursions and much more. The online booking engine is the same one advisors love and trust and we are excited to be launching a new online booking portal in 2020.

  • Marketing Tools: Here is where advisors can order brochures, access our Marketing Portal to download the latest marketing materials, and access lifestyle and ship images to enhance their sales efforts. Travel partners will also be able create a co-branded website in a few easy steps and discover more about our guest profile.

  • Sales Tips & Training: This section features business-building tools such as an overview of our offers and special programs like OLife Choice and the Oceania Cruises Amenity Partnership Program (OCAPP) as well as our Sales Specialist Academy, reservation tools and details on our robust group program. Advisors will also be able to access details on our intimate and luxurious ships and the incredible destinations we cruise to.

  • Travel Advisor Benefits: Discover what sets us apart – learn about our Reduced Rate Travel, our competitive commission program, plus our Cruise Connoisseur Club – our recognition program for high-performing travel agencies.
